Cheryl is a lovely, caring host. Her place is beautifully decorated with antiques befitting a heritage home. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious and served on fine china. Cheryl's attention to detail is impeccable.

We had a perfect suite with a balcony and a little sitting room. The house is beautifully appointed with so many precious decor items making it jaw dropping beautiful. Cherly clearly has a talent for decorating and shopping. I usually wipe down everything in a room before we start unpacking but I really didn't feel the need to do that there. Everything is so clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing, Cherly is an excellent cook. What a wonderful place to stay! Thank you, Cherly.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, it's well over 100 years old, and full of antiques. Our king room took us back to the early 1900's. We had a lovely sun room and a private deck. The breakfast was great, complimented by homemade bread and pancakes, while having delightful conversations with other visiting travelers.

This 145 year old home is a labour of love.. Cheryl goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The Victorian decor is beautiful! The cottage garden is lovely and inviting. There is so much attention to detail creating an enchanting experience. Our accommodation was so clean! And it's just a few minutes from the ferry to Newfoundland. I strongly recommend staying here and we will if we are lucky enough to be in this area again!
