"So......... I don't like giving negative reviews but this one fell quite short of expectations. First one of beds in the room had a completely broken frame so one of our girls had to sleep on a futon in our bedroom/her parents(super awkward), next there was no toilet paper in the house cept 1 roll, next was the main bedroom door didn't shut at all, not even a bit, next was only the hot sink faucet worked in the main bathroom and next was the showers were luke warm at best. Melissa was very responsive and apologetic, but that doesn't change things. Just too many things overlooked for me to be ok with it. Place was clean, and cute, but broken beds, no hot water, no toilet paper are just not ok in this business."
