"The people I interacted with in off hours — the gentleman working at 1AM for check in, the lady working at 2:30AM for check out — were both welcoming and pleasant. The reservation came with breakfast, and I’ve stayed at plenty where it’s $20 extra. It was good food, tended to by friendly and helpful staff. "

"I would give it a 5 but my shutter to the airport was a bad experience there is a man short mustache chunky guy he was rude nasty and had a nasty attitude. Didnt have patience with the customers and was screaming to hurry up, cause he was leaving overall the hotel was amazing. Staff was great shutter experience not so good. Next time I will be taking on an Uber. Will come back to the hotel just not the shutter."
