"Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. "

"Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!"

"This condo is spotless, spacious and conveniently located to all that we needed in Sarasota. There was plenty of room for myself and two busy kids who frequented the pool that was steps away. We had a lovely week. Eva was very accommodating when we needed a little help with the remote control for our television. She's very attentive. You will not be disappointed with this property. "My room was very clean and comfortable. Since I was on a business trip, I was glad to have a kitchenette in my room. It made storing water bottles, leftovers, etc easy. All of the staff I met were very friendly. I really enjoyed the included breakfast. There were lots of options for a quick lite breakfast, a heartier breakfast, fruit options, juice options & the coffee was great with creamer options. Over all I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to anyone."
