"The pictures of property were misleading. Water pressure was poor. Hot water was limited. Had to call to get ac temperature adjusted. Place was very small and needs a lot of work. "

Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!"

Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. "

"This condo is spotless, spacious and conveniently located to all that we needed in Sarasota. There was plenty of room for myself and two busy kids who frequented the pool that was steps away. We had a lovely week. Eva was very accommodating when we needed a little help with the remote control for our television. She's very attentive. You will not be disappointed with this property.
