What a beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice and it’s prettier in person. Everything you need for a vacation is there. Close to the beach restaurants quiet area wonderful for family or couples would stay again thank you so much for your hospitality.

I stayed @ Nicholas’ property when their schedule & mine fit for over 8 weeks while ‘homeless’ following damage to my home during Hurricane Ian. The location was convenient to Dearborn St Farmers Market & shopping, beaches, and to check on my home as repairs commenced w/in 10 miles. This is a charming well equipped and pleasant unit and it was my pleasure to stay there during this Unexpected and difficult period. I’m grateful to Nicolas for his generosity and in helping me resolve more than one issue During my stay!

I find this unit ‘s open, beachy natural decor homey, and also has all necessary conveniences. Am also pleased because of its proximity to Dearborn St now that the Farmer’s Market is again open , as well as the newly opened live stage venue.
