Summary:
We have finally re-opened!

After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit.

Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor.

The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette.

The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort.

The sunsets are stunning!

Great trip!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was great to sit on the patio and take in the sun. Would love to stay here again on our next getaway!

This place was a great find!! "Cozy" for sure because it is small but the renovations are very well done, it was clean and very functional!! Good location and really good communication with the host! Would stay again for sure!!

Awesome retro motel!

So much fun to stay in this cleverly designed and decorated facility. Great hosts. Across the street from the water. Watched sailboat races during the day. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet Location

This was a small cottage which was very clean. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Front door parking and walking paths across the street on the bay made our stay enjoyable. The inside was beautifully decorated. We hope to return!

Everything was nice except... Room was very small, the bathroom especially. Sink was 1ft sguare. Unbelievably small. Room was to small to use the sink! Not one shelf to put anything either. No TV in bedroom, had to sit in living room in order to watch. Besides those things, it was good, for the price.

The hotel and room were very clean, well-kept and newly updated. There was easy access from the car and we were close to the water and a nice walking area along the waterfront. The owner was very responsive to communication.
