"Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England....
"Great location for a nice stay away from downtown Fairbanks. Debbie was very gracious and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Wealth of information available for adventures."
"We enjoyed our stay here. We booked for two nights and ended up staying for three! They are very accommodating. Our suite could use some updating, and the grounds could be kept up better, other than that, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. It was a great location to do all the things 😊"
"I like that the room size is good and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The property is old, but the room is well-equipped. When we checked in, the toilet was not clean. My room has 1 queen bed and 1 twin. The queen-size bed is way too soft, but the twin-size bed was comfortable.
We stayed the first two nights here and returned again after one week. The second time, my room was clean and both beds were comfortable.
This breakfast was okay."
