"Great staff"

"Absolutely awful, tried to work with management and hotels.com and no resolution! Unsafe! The plug in for my heater was fried and they couldn't put me in another room as they claimed to be full. Had to scramble to find another hotel."

"Was nice until the fire alarm went off at 5am no staff to tell us what was going on until the actual fire department said it was safe to return, we were so frustrated "

"We emailed the owner twice to find out the check in process. No response. Had to call VRBO who contacted the owner. Not all windows had curtains. Some type of beverage stain on a bedroom wall. Cobwebs above kitchen cabinets. Owner came to the property/garage 3 times without any prior notice. On the 3rd trip I had to ask who he was. No cable TV. Location was convenient . "

"Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant. The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed. Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!"

"The house was very clean and had lots of gathering spaces for our group of 12. Comfortable beds, very nice hosts, a hot tub and a great view added to the experience. "
