"My 3yr old found clumps of hair like ripped out of a hairbrush next to the bed... Staff were friendly... Breakfast was ok, consistently out of things.. milk machine was broke Didn't use hot tub too many people"

"Absolutely awful, tried to work with management and hotels.com and no resolution! Unsafe! The plug in for my heater was fried and they couldn't put me in another room as they claimed to be full. Had to scramble to find another hotel."

"We emailed the owner twice to find out the check in process. No response. Had to call VRBO who contacted the owner. Not all windows had curtains. Some type of beverage stain on a bedroom wall. Cobwebs above kitchen cabinets. Owner came to the property/garage 3 times without any prior notice. On the 3rd trip I had to ask who he was. No cable TV. Location was convenient . "

"Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant. The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed. Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!"

"The coffee pot was not useable. 2 hours to brew 2 cups. We had 2 meals planned to use the grill - the grill looked good but NO gas ! The entrance had 8 large steps up a hill. This was not disclosed in the web. Steps inside to go from one area to another with no hand rails or clearly marked steps. Little seating in living areas. Kitchen was well equipped, great appliances but LOTS of empty liquor bottles, bunches of pantry supplies left by other guests. High end electric switches, bathroom amenities."

"Everything was wonderful although we had such a short time in the home. The only issue was that I did not receive the code on the morning of check-in as communicated. There was a little bit of stress with waiting for the code and I had to call VRBO customer service to connect with the host.Everything else was as was expected. "
