"This was our second time here for an overnight stay Parking is good Room was spotless and lively toiletries Staff throughout were lovely, friendly and helpful We had a Sunday roast and breakfast at the Feathers both delicious We had a much larger room the first time and room 19 small in comparison but still lovely Only suggestion we would make is for music during dinner and breakfast as when other customers are seated close to you, you can easily hear each other’s conversation Highly recommended"

"Lovely and convenient place to stay. Unfortunately we were in the top room where the ceilings/ beams are very low so room didn’t feel ‘deluxe’ as advertised. Also my husband banged his head in the night on the beams (he’s on 5’ 9’."

"Nice place only complaints would be very untidy outside front of house. There were leaves everywhere so really could not use outdoor garden table.Inside house little tired needs a bit of care and last I would suggest the Grove should be used in the address.Spent 30 mins looking for house.Overall family enjoyed stay."

"Our stay at Sandpipers was restful and very enjoyable. The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable, although the stairs were steep and windy which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility! We took our dog on holiday for the first time and the walks from the cottage were lovely. It was a great base to explore north Norfolk."

"Easy check-in , fabulous location in town. Nice main bedroom . Comfy bed lovely linen , towels . Cleaning could have been better . Under cupboards in kitchen full of cobwebs. Nice to receive a bottle of wine on arrival. Attention to detail on cleanliness would have been an added bonus. ( I do have a cleaning business so more critical I suppose ) Off street parking a definite bonus but post and gate needs removing to make bigger ."

"Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player). Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking. Sam was an attentive host, checking in on our arrival to make sure we were set. We did have an issue with the toilet but Sam was easy to contact and came out to sort the matter swiftly. There were a lack of oven trays and knives for preparing food but all other utensils we needed to get by were there. We booked through Expedia but they didn’t take payment at the time of booking so we were required to pay Sam direct but that was easy to sort and no pressure from Sam. Had a great time. Would book again."
