"Great location and water taxi stop 8 is right by the property. Rick is very easy to deal with and we will consider using him for another cruise. We stayed two nights. Publix is a couple of blocks and an easy walk for items. The unit is right by the bridge but on the waterway. So it can be loud at certain times of the day but at night in the bedroom it sounds more like ocean waves so didn't bother us. A nice stay. If you've never tried the water taxi, do it for a day. It's fun."

"This unit faces the hotel entrance and is very noisy! Thus no view... The furnishings are very old and worn out. The couch cushions are very thin and uncomfortable. The pans in the kitchen have the teflon flaking off...very unhealthy! This rental needs to be upgraded."
