"Older motel but renovated and soo cute! You can’t beat the beach location! Great breakfast in the morning and super amenities for kids like free movie rentals, popcorn and hot chocolate. Indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. Loved having an equipped kitchenette for the weekend. Staff is so friendly and helpful!"

"The room had a great ocean view. The property was older but had been renovated somewhat. Our only complaint was the “pet friendly” building had an odor in the halls (I think from the old carpet) and the room smelled old and not fresh. This was disappointing because you could tell the room was cleaned well but the smell made it feel dirty. Overall the hotel was nice and the amenities including the game room were a perk. Also, the restaurant had really great food and dessert. All of the staff were very friendly. "

"First time to Yachats, the cottage was just what we needed! Close enough to town, we walked to breakfast every morning. One day, we did the Amanda trail and we were able to walk directly from the cottage. Upon return, the hot tub was just what we required after a long day of hiking. Having a fire place made our late winter stay just perfect. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We look forward to renting this place again. Thank you! "

"It was a great room, comfortable & so close to the 804 trail & "downtown" Yachats. We booked a room described as partial ocean view - we had an amazing view from the full picture window to watch the waves crash. Definitely would recommend rooms 41, 42, 43"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin had cheap and rundown decor. The amenities were sparse and poorly appointed. The cabin had an awful smell, so several scented candles were needed. The cleanliness was subpar, with cobwebs and vermin. I would not recommend."
