Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. "Was a little nervous about booking but after arriving and speaking to J was able to confirm I made a good choice staff was wonderful and helpful breakfast was amazing, indoor pool was great too a little to much bleach in the air but over all amazing temperature…. But the way they had onsite laundry room not expensive and very clean room 2$ for a wash and 3$ for dry which is about 90 minutes on the dry side not bad … will be coming back :) "
