"He inspected my room and immediately returned my cash deposit the next morning. My first time here; my friend's second. Definitely a great stay, though no breakfast. Highly recommended. Def will stay here again if the need arises. REAL BATHTUB/ shower, reasonable rates (by Eugene standards). Nice comfortable beds, surprisingly large mini refrigerator/ freezer."

"Would give it an extra star if I could! Our stay at the cottages was outstanding!! Marti and Jennine were incredible hosts and the property was beautiful. So nice and serene, the cottages have everything you need to feel right at home. My wife and I are already looking for a reason to come back to the Eugene area so we can stay with them again. The surrounding area was full of options for outdoor recreation and leisure, downtown Eugene is an easy 25 min drive away and you only take 2 roads to get there. 10/10 would recommend, especially families and/or groups looking for an adjoined place to stay with the privacy of separate dwellings/sleeping spaces!! "This home had easy access to everywhere we went: airport, downtown, Florence. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for our whole family. The back yard was perfect for our Easter Egg Hunt, as well as being private; we could let our grand kids be on their own. Over all, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the ease of communicating with our hosts."

"This was a nice little apartment added to a garage. The main house next door had no tenants during our stay, so it was very quiet.It is located on a fairly busy street. But traffic is very light at night. And there is a small shopping center just around the corner.The beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Having the two queen beds in the main bedroom was very nice.We cooked breakfast with great results. There is a Keurig coffee pod maker and the stove worked fine. Plenty of dishes and utensils.The bathroom is very small. But the walk-in shower was nice with good hot water.There is a washer and dryer, but we did not use them.We stayed here to be close to the airport. It was pretty close and was an easy drive later in the evening."
