Very modern building and excellent suite configuration made for a very comfortable stay. The driveway entry is a little bizarre but if you find Elmer’s Diner, you are nearly there! River walk is adjacent to the property as well so its a great, clean, quiet, modern and low-key place to stay.

It was a little difficult to locate but once you found it, everything was great! It is very close to the freeway but you couldn’t hear it in your room. The place was very new and clean. The staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay!

Wonderful brand new hotel that was like a small studio apartment! Very comfortable, well designed, beautiful materials and aesthetic. Extremely clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The service at front desk was superb--friendly, knowledgeable and constantly present. The breakfast was ample with nice options. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do so myself should I return to Eugene!

Second stay at this clean, quiet, utilitarian hotel. It offers everything you’d expect from this brand in that it’s very professionally managed and predictable. The bath was without shampoo & soap but the desk resolved that within minutes of our call. The room was clean with kitchenette and well appointed bath. The bed was newer and yet to valley-out so loved that. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but fine. My only real complaint was the diesel - truck rumble of the AC unit with it’s poorly designed thermostat that leaves you very little control. This is a generic complaint with less-pricey hotels so take this as a given for the most part and if you are not a light sleeper, probably not a big thing. I’d just stayed at the Hyatt in Sacramento the week prior and they have the AC situation worked out perfectly for a similar level of hotel so this is just my pet peeve as Hyatt proves it can be resolved with creative room design. 🙄 Long story short, good hotel, worth the money.
