Easy commute back to all points in Eugene via either side of Fern Ridge Lake. Both units were sparkling clean and very well appointed. There were interesting, unique surface, wood & tile design surface details at every turn. We enjoyed the view and gas fire pit under awnings that sheltered us from refreshing rain. "

"The guest apartment is beautifully built out and furnished. Great for a couple or family of 3 or 4, maybe not the most privacy for 2 couples (the bedroom has really cool barn door sliders but not sound proof.) It's in a really cool farm setting and not that far from downtown. Note that there's no TV but we enjoyed watching sports (and having a really good greasy breakfast) at Gryff's pub which is only 7 minutes away. The host was welcoming and provided some farm fresh goodies which was also a treat. We would stay here again!"
