"As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots."

The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !"

"The cottage is beautifully presented and well equipped for a family holiday. It has a homely feel, a lovely garden for sunny days to relax and have a BBQ. Phil and Jan communicated well prior to our holiday and were available if needed during our stay. The 3 bedrooms are 2 bathrooms mean plenty of space to accommodate everyone. "We 4 adults spent 6 nights and found the apartment delightful for our needs. The third floor bedrooms with many steps could be daunting. The ground floor has a cozy sitting room and kitchen area, however the closest loo is on the first floor. The showers were particularly nice with plenty of warm water. The area is quiet and proximity of restaurants is close. There are many walking trails with spectacular vistas."

"Fantastic property, very clean and beautiful decorated. It is well stocked with equipment. It has a secure back garden with decking and grass. Ideal for our dog. There is outdoor seating in the garden and it is private. The property is in good location not to near the Town centre but you can easily walk into the Town. I Highly recommend this property."
