"The airport shuttle was very easy to find, once I arrived I called the hotel and they gave me a very detailed explanation as to where I could find the shuttle and it was quick and easy. Getting to the hotel the staff was very kind and they helpful in answering our questions and recommending things around the area."

The staff were very friendly & answered my questions about parking garage (not affiliated to hotel but attached) Very convenient location just a block from Nationwide Arena & entertainment district and attached to Convention Center.
