This hotel is not in the best area and is in disrepair. Our room deadbolt did not lock. There were holes in the doors and it looked like the door had been kicked in before. The door jam was bent. There were shady people standing around outside in the parking lot. The other guests down our hall were loud and there were loud cars driving in and out all night. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was completely unacceptable. Shortly after arriving, cockroaches crawled out of the bathroom sink. That alone was enough to make us uncomfortable, but unfortunately it didn’t stop there. The room itself was dirty and in serious disrepair, outdated furnishings, peeling and damaged surfaces, and an overall neglected feel. The bathroom was especially disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Even the towels appeared dingy and unclean. When my husband went to the front desk to report the roaches, the front desk employee actually laughed. There was no urgency, no apology, and no concern shown for the situation. That response was just as disturbing as the condition of the room. We were exhausted from a long drive, checked in later in the evening, and were leaving around 6:30am the following morning, or else we would have just left. To make matters worse, loud music played throughout the night. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything. We were woken up again at 5:00 a.m. by more thumping music. A hotel stay should at the very least provide a clean, safe, and quiet place to sleep - this provided none of those things. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Day Staff friendly, that’s the only good Halls reek of pot First room 122, the TV didn’t work at all Second room 103, TV worked but there were only a few Chanel’s that worked. Shower diverter did not work, hard to get any hot water. Mold growing on bathroom walls. Bathroom door falling apart. Was told the dryer was broke for about a week. Will not come again. Don’t go there

This was our 4th and absolute LAST stay...the majority of the Hotel was occupied by extremely loud and obnoxious Latinos, the hallways and exterior grounds were absolutely disgusting and dirty, trash everywhere, we found roaches in our room...new carpet was installed very POORLY and it rolled under your feet because it was installed loosely...the Quality of the improvements such as carpet and paint are done so poorly that it makes the place even cheaper looking then it was...the staff are extremely lazy, unfriendly and DEFINITELY unattentive...they DID NOT clean the common areas...EVERYDAY I seen cars pull up ,several people get out of each, come inside and devour the continental breakfast and then get back in their cars and drive away...I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied and a little bit scared, especially walking my dog after dark...the worst part of all is that there's a million "NO SMOKING" signs yet 100% of the facilty smells like Marijuana, there were cigarette butts in the hallways ,entryways and all over the parking lot, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...in all HONESTY I should have asked FOR a FULL REFUND...

Hotel is run-down, needs significant upgrades - left a negative impression of the Ramada/Wyndham brand. Auto-door at entrance didn't work properly, parking lot entrance door was not secure (doesn't lock). Old dirty carpet in hallway, bathroom door sticks & surface edges are shredding, walls need painting, no TV info card available & channels didn't match up to Spectrum on-screen guide. No info on phone to call desk - tried 0, which rang twice & connected but no one spoke or answered any questions. Sink only ran cold water until we crawled under to turn on the hot. Workout room: treadmill & exercise machine didn't work. The only dumbbells sets were 35 & 45 lbs. Breakfast - waffle maker & syrup, bread & bagels with butter & jelly & cream cheese packets, yogurt cups, past-ripe bananas, juice cups, coffee (no tea). Positives: Quiet area close to interstates. Staff at check-in was nice & efficient. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice, with good water pressure. With the $99+ tax/fees, we expected better. Will not stay there again.

The pictures do not represent the real property. Was under the impression that property was a short stay type of hotel no long term type of stay aka motel. I was put on the main floor, surrounded by the hotel residences who left their room doors open at all hours of the day. The room neighbors were signing from 10pm to 3am. The occupants upstairs were running back n forth loudly. The hotel looks like it was going through renovations. Our room was unfinished, half painted walls, bathroom aka toilet n shower area looked very questionable. Carpet was dirty, paint splatters (red in color), the room entry door was not up to code. meaning it was a hollow interior door, not a standard hotel door that is mandated by the state code enforcement. The only good thing I have to say about the hotel as an induvial opinion, the bed coverings were clean. I used my black light, to which I did not find any questionable stains or spots. The sheets, covers, and pillows were very clean. Speaking of the beds, the comfort level was a 3 out of 5 scale. I do not recommend a stay for a short time, unless you are in-between places to stay. I didn't feel threaten or thing I would be harmed, but I was not comfortable for my sanity which means I didn't not sleep well at all. Booked a 3 night 4 day stay, I quickly checked out at 6am the next day.
