From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles and, of course, the signature warm chocolate chip cookie — such a delightful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Dallas Love Field, great restaurants, and shopping, making it convenient for both business and leisure trips. I also loved the amenities: the fitness center was well-equipped, the pool area was inviting, and the on-site dining options were delicious. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this DoubleTree exceeded my expectations. "Excellent stay for a great price! Our double queen room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4pm so they put us in a suite! It’s not a new hotel by any means so there are some things they could use a quick touch up but overall it was a great hotel in a great location. We walked about a half mile or so to all the stuff we wanted to do. Highly recommended!"

"I tried to book my room at 200am because of a cancelled flight but when I got there they did not have my reservation until later that day. The hotel charged me double for 2am-11am the same day! Make sure if you are using the free shuttle to the airport that you are letting them know the day before, otherwise you could be waiting an hour or more for the driver to make a round trip to come back. "
