"Rooms were very clean, actually really shocked. Outside property was terrible. Obvious people staying there for multiple days with a pile of cigarettes outside each door. Overflowing garbage cans. Trash all through parking lot. And a ton of just white trash people every where. Thx m gif tge room was clean for what we could tell and it was cheap"

"I have stayed at 2 other way more expensive hotels in CoosBay area and this one is the best so far and way cheaper. Beds were comfortable. Room was really decent for the price. I was pulling a U-Haul trailer so the large parking area was nice especially since I am not experienced at that. If staying for just 2 days and like room service, it needs to be requested otherwise you have to ask for extra amenities. That was a little out of the norm but the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Me and my dad were comfortable. I would recommend it over the $250 a night hotel casino in town that we had to request maintenance twice. Or the other that the beds were so hard we had to request extra blankets for padding. If price matters and comfort matters, the Red Lion is a good choice."
