"No breakfast was provided. The coffee machine did provide a nice selection of different coffees (latte, cappuccino, etc.) The pool was awesome. I timed it to where I had the pool to myself. ❤️ Temperature was very nice. Door to pool was temperamental. Most staff very pleasant and helpful. You hear noise from pool and workout room from room 202, but the wall heater/cooler covers that. Room was very spacious. The t.v. had a board behind it to help block noise (excellent idea). Nice balcony. Great location; walk to Safeway and Fred Meyer. The Pancake Mill is an excellent restaurant for breakfast and lunch 😋. I would stay here again."

"We ended up staying at this place for 3 nights due a basketball tournament and never again! 1. Shower- it was not working properly. We couldn’t get it work. No water would come out. We were told that the shower handle gets stuck here and there and it just needs a little shaking. We waited for the maintenance guy and never showed up. Are you serious? 2. Door- We left our room unlocked several times because we couldn't get the door to lock. We were thinking it was us just not knowing how to lock it. Well, we happen to find out it was the door not working properly that’s why it was not locking. 3 Carpet- it was dirty! There were spots everywhere. I don’t it’s been clean in a very long time. After driving for more than 7 hours with a toddler, hoping to stay at a clean, quiet place it definitely did not happen. The only bright side of this was the gal that works in the A.M shift, she was helpful and understanding. "

"I didn’t see a kitchen, however, with breakfast not included, they had coffee available in the mornings for a few hours. The hot tub space was kept clean and worked very well. "

"Bathroom sink was broken and toilet was broken. Advised staff and all they said was “yeah that happens”. "

"2 of the pillows and bed had dead bed bugs we ended up having to share a bed. No hot water in the shower at 9pm, tried again at 6am still none. Only 2 towels in room. Shower had body hair on wall and floor, and the deadbolt locks didnt work from the inside only the latch flap lock. "

"Carrie was amazing. Second day there the Netflix somehow reset and needed to log back in. Reached out to Carrie and she got right on it and had it logged back in minutes.. on the way home she reached out to see if had forgotten some AirPods.. it’s our second time staying at this home it’s cozy and comfortable.. definitely will be back.
