"The staff was friendly but very overwhelmed as they seemed understaffed. The elevator didn't work so we took the stairs. Our room was not as anticipated as a one bedroom suite with a pull out full bed.....it was a regular room with a couch. The TV didn't work so we let the desk know. We got back late for the day only to find the pull out bed was the size of a cot and had no mattress or bedding on it. The front desk told us they would call the maintenance guy to let him know but 45 minutes later we still had nothing. It was now 11pm and my husband went down again to ask and they ended up giving us another room with two queen beds. It was a nightmare. In the morning we went to breakfast and the wait was long but only because they had one woman doing the job of three people with serving, cleaning, and waiting on tables. I feel bad for the people working at this place but it was not a good experience."

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, house keeping was there when we requested but turn rooms daily. We did have a slight issue with communication between night staff and day staff regarding our ESA dog and our paperwork but it was resolved after discussion and we had no further issues. We would definitely come back to this location. "

"The hotel must have had some sort of water damage. Holes in ceiling with a terrible smell. Base boards tore up and the floors we’re disgusting! Very disappointed with our stay!"

"There was no breakfast besides waffles that you had to make yourself. Very disappointing. The rooms also had white paint stains that should have been painted over."

"Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. "

"I recently had a stay here, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The room itself felt unsafe and poorly maintained. There was what appeared to be blood on the lamp and bathroom door, which was very concerning. The toilet seat had not been cleaned, so I had to wipe it down myself with disinfectant wipes. The shower head was visibly dirty, and there was hair throughout the room. To make matters worse, around midnight, the guests in the room next door were loudly arguing and slamming doors throughout the night. I ended up calling the front desk—they responded quickly, and the fighting did stop—but there was still constant noise from people going in and out of the room between 1– 3a.m. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness issues alone—especially the blood in the room—were enough to make me uncomfortable."
