The information for the motel states that they are across from Lake Nipissing, however there is no view of the waterfront so don't book it if that is what you want.

Nice and not expensive.
Clean nice motel, very close to city center and highway. They let us check in even 2 hr before. Nice clean and comfortable bed, with additional pillows and warm duvet. Appliances in very good condition.
