"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "The lady who checked us in was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was the cheapest during our trip (12) but also the best! The lady went to a bakery so the bread was fresh and tasty - the yogurt she made herself and it was very nice. "

"Superb hotel in every way. It is on the expensive side, especially for some of the wine, but everything is of the highest of standards. Excellent golf course, played 2 rounds, greens were as good as it gets, very true and good speed. I was lucky as they had to move to temporary greens for 2 days while they treated them...I wouldn't have been pleased if I hadn't been able to play having booked the hotel for the golf! Our room (#419) was very nice but we had to ask for a fan as it did become very warm when the window was closed. All in all an absolute treat to stay at this hotel and we hope to be able to return in the future."
