"Lots of parking, breakfast fantastic, great choice, staff ever so pleasant and helpful, great surroundings. All the food is out of this world. A great experience"
"The rooms were fresh and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was very well designed with a great shower and twin sinks.
The breakfast was amazing with fresh products and great locally sourced ingredients for the cooked option."
"Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent evening meal and buffet breakfast. This hotel is a little bit dated but served it's purpose well as a stopover for one night."

"The owners were lovely and very friendly. The room was spotless and beautifully styled. The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again without hesitation "
"Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village.
Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too.
Extremely pleasant staff.
We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely countryside. "
Gorgeous, stylish, huge Georgian home 4 bed 4 bath
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed at the house with family for our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. Plenty of space & very well equiped. The location in the centre of Clitheroe was great. Would definitey recommend this house."
"We enjoyed the home very much. It has everything needed in the kitchen (although we didn't cook). Sadly we couldn't use the back garden as weather didn't cooperate. The pictures are accurate with a bit steep staircase to double, single rooms (and bath) with he the other double up a 2nd set of stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and a quick walk to town. The check-in process simple with timely communications with host. We would definitely stay again!"
