"The house was nice and loved the back yard. The road noise was loud. Upstairs was hot the first day and could not locate a thermostat for the upstairs. The upstairs bathroom tub did not drain very well."

"I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children."

"I loved the grounds and the tent/room was really neat. I loved having a hot tub on the deck but I felt very exposed. There is no covering around the deck and not even trees to block. At one point there was drone flying above me and a dog from a neighbor tried to get in the hot tub with me. It would be nice if the hot tub area was more private and maybe enclosed. "
