Asked to switch rooms and was given an attitude from the front desk. I understand it was a busy weekend but to tell me to cancel my booking is insane. I would never stay here again. "

"Room was basic(standard poolside) ,it was clean but overpriced by 30 -40$ for room offered. AC was not working efficiently and there was no closet just couple of hangars to hang clothes . Its good if the cost of room is below 100$ but above that it is not at par."
