"A beautiful weekend getaway with family at Sandbridge! Plenty of space for each family member, furnishings were spot on! Condo complex just opening for season; pools not open yet. Strongly recommend for group or family with lots of interests."

"Property was exceptional. The kitchen was equipped with all new appliances. There was cooking pots and pans for everything you might want to cook. Washer and dryer new Maytags and the TVs were extremely large and in living room and every bedroom. I do wish there had been a walk-in shower on one of the bathrooms as we are elderly and unable to use the big high tubs. What really made the property so exceptional was the view of the water and how close to the beach the unit is. Just fantastic....

"Condo was just like the pictures. Views from the balcony are of the bay. Also just steps from the beach (which was not crowded). Having the pool right outside our front door was so nice for the kids. Walking distance to a coffee shop and two restaurants for dinner. Ryan was a fantastic, responsive host and was very accommodating when we needed to book an extra night last minute because of car troubles. Would stay here again. "

"We only stayed a few days which was why we chose this property. Most are week long rentals in June. The property was very clean and spacious. The location is right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a short getaway!! 10/10 recommend!!"

"Friendly people minding the desk. Room was clean. Location was fine for us because we wanted to be near Watermans restaurant.Otherwise we would prefer Sandbridge.Our room was fine. The Dolphin run seems tired.I think the carpet in the hallways needs a good cleaning. My wife kept asking if something smelled funky. I posted a photo from an angle because there was a big bulldozer parked in front of our view.It was a nice bulldozer. LolAnyway we rested and ate well. We’re glad we went. "
