"We decided on this property because it was close to the bay. We did not have to get the kids into car to take to beach. Some questionable people on the pier but did not have a problem. It was the 4th of July so you would have people drinking anywhere. 99% of people were very friendly. It is like a fishing cottage, exactly what I expected. It is an older property. Very clean. "We stayed for 2 nights and the tv did not work the entire stay. I spoke to a desk agent on the phone multiple times and went in person two times regarding this issue. No one came to the room to fix the tv after being told multiple times they’d send someone up. The hotel is dated and needs renovations. Not worth the room rate."
