"My room was very clean and super spacious especially for the price. There are social activities but I didn't take part in any. The hostel is slightly out of the city centre so walking to and from Oslo station does take a bit of time (use the bikes or scooters to get around). It was an easy location to find, checked in and out smoothly. Night receptionist was lovely, thank you!"

I liked being within walking distance to the train station, malls and other attractions like the Opera House. I would definitely stay here again. "Staff welcoming and agreeable, Coffee and tea service lovely, you can make soup, too, if you buy it elsewhere. Clean Hard acoustics in hallways, No posted signs asking guests to keep their voices down because of the echo. Rocker switch in room with red light, asked at front desk what it does, couldn't answer me. Free luggage storage and they let you hang out, both before and after your stay in the lobby as you are homeless for a few hours between hotels. Wi-Fi slow at times. Couldn't figure out how to turn off heater, so eventually just unplugged it. Front desk as baffled as me. Opening window lets in smoke smell, so shut the window, then opened door. If front desk could ask the smokers to move further down, that would be great. Nothing really wrong with the place."

"We stayed at the hotel in early September experiencing excellent service. Receptionist Lilian allowed us to park our car there before the check-in time so that we could spend most of the day exploring Oslo. She was so patient and showed us the best ways to get to a few places in the city. Other staff were also very helpful. Clean everywhere, including large and shared kitchen and bath rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to a large playground in a very quiet residential area. Will stay there when coming to Oslo in the future."
