The staff was very helpful and respectful during our stay. It’s also a very safe place to stay for solo female travelers. Transportation was extremely easy to access—even without renting a car. The bus stop is just a 9-minute walk away, and the metro station is only 2 minutes behind the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good view - not comming back

Aircondition not working - bar not open as promised - no one to open the door from garage when check in. Ok hotel. But they dont have stuff under control. The view and the area is rearlly beautifull, we we are not comming back to this hotel again.

Hotel room was perfect , al that you need . Customer service needs slight improvement as there were two incidents where reception staff got information incorrect about my booking . These are minor fixes but were international customers and want the best experience that Oslo has to offer

Needs maintenance, but comfortable and great locat

The hotel is fine but theres a total lack of maintenance. Lightswitch's are broken, lightbulbs not replaced, sockets tapped over in the corridors. Basically any maintenance they dont appear to repair. In the positive side beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. Also Hotels.com offer of free drinks is not alcohol. But Radisson dont tell you that when booking. A comfortable hotel but tired.

The hotel was lovely and a mostly had a great stay. The breakfast was brilliant. Only niggles: I asked for a Queen bed and had two singles The room was very warm The girls at check in was not very welcoming

Normally great, but this time was my last stay.

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. While the front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating in allowing an early check-in, the room assigned was a standard room, despite my reservation for a superior room. Furthermore, the parking information provided was inaccurate; I was informed of a 24-hour parking policy with in-and-out privileges, but each exit resulted in a new charge, incurring additional expenses. Had I not been misinformed, I would have utilized the parking facility more efficiently. This was my sixth visit to this hotel, and I am disappointed with these inconsistencies. I will be considering alternative Radisson properties for future stays. Finally, I suggest providing guests with advance notice regarding any ongoing subway construction, as it significantly impacts travel to the city center.

Amazing hotel let down by inexperienced staff

The room and property was fantastic. The staff at the front desk was a let down and led to a disappointing experience at the start. The buffet as well as the staff at the restaurant were superb though. Had great connecting rooms, though the AC was not functioning properly... And we did not want to interact with the staff at the reception.. Had a mixed experience... This was in stark contrast to our superb experience at the Radisson Blu Ankara, where the superb room experience was amplified by the great staff and service. This one did not even have anyone to assist us with the luggage. We had to move entire luggage in a trolley ourselves.

The room was decently sized, the view was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was really friendly, but the room could have been a little cleaner. The smoke detector was covered in some kind of goo, and there was an H&M bag left from the previous guest. The reception here is lovely and modern, but the hallways and bathrooms seem to be a little worn out. The toilet flush button and many of the lamps were misaligned, and the shower ventilation sounded like the screams of a thousand damned souls. I booked this stay as I have been living right nearby, and I'm about to move to a new apartment - The area is lovely, quiet, and easily accessible from the city center by metro and bus (24hr service). I would absolutely recommend the hotel for short stays, it was acceptable for the price I paid, but I would be disappointed if I came here on a longer vacation. Thon Hotel Storo is a cleaner and more modern option, while Radisson Oslo Plaza is a more exciting one. I hope my local hotel here in Nydalen will do some refurbishing in the near future, and if they do, I'm sure this will be among the best hotels in the city.
