We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. "I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. "

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. "Paid for 3 nights, only stayed for 1. Shower drain was blocked with no staff around to help. This place is unmanned. Right on frankfurter alle with only a curtain. Extremely noisy and very cheap looking but still cost approx €200 euros for 3 nights. Woulf not recommend "
