Wir kommen schon viele Jahre in das Ferienhaus Neukoog und auf Nordstrand. Wie immer war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Lediglich in der Küche würden wir uns zwei drei Dinge wünschen (z.b. eine Teekanne). Ansonsten ist alles wie immer toll gewesen.

Ein insgesamt sehr schönes und vor allem gemütliches Ferienobjekt. Der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir am Ende aber doch bei Sauberkeit vornehmen (es darf auch gern unter den Betten und hinter den kleinen Kommoden geputzt werden). Bei der Ausstattung haben wir Insektenschutzgitter sehr vermisst (wäre zumindest in den Schlafzimmern sehr von Vorteil). Ein Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Gefrierfach wäre klasse gewesen (wir hätten u. a. gern unsere Kühlakkus für die Heimreise neu einfrieren wollen). Am Ende ist allerdings die eingeschränkte Internet-Verfügbarkeit für einen Sternabzug ursächlich. Die Volumenbegrenzung ist sicherlich aus Kostengründen gewählt und bei nicht durchgängiger Vermietung sinnvoll. In der Hauptsaison birgt es aber Unzufriedenheitspotential bei den Gästen. Zumal der WLAN-Zugang für beide Haushälften zusammen gilt und das Volumen innerhalb weniger Tage aufgebraucht ist. Hervorzuheben ist in jedem Fall der außerordentliche Service durch das Ferien-Team. Gut erreichbar, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und (sollte es doch einmal ein Problem geben) sehr lösungsorientiert.
