A great old hotel, unfortunately the receptionist made me feel like I had come to disturb her day. The rest of the hotel staff were very helpful otherwise. Good hotel, parking ti ha breakfast

Okay - but dated

Everything in the hotel is okay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The common areas look good. But it is all quite dated. The rooms was very basic, bed seemed to be missing a frame. The gym is very well equipped, but also quite dated, seems to be from the 80’s. But it works! The hotel is very quiet and it almost closes down at night. Breakfast is really fine and plenty to choose from.

Charming hotel with wonderful pool

Lovely stay at this old place near city center and harbour with social life and restaurants.. Good atmosphere, wonderful pool, charming breakfast place and cozy lobby. Unfortunately no option for drinks when we were there because restaurant staff had left early due to no guests.

A nice hotel in the centre of Husum. It is situated a short walk from the harbour. the staff was polite and service-minded, but their English could have been better. Stayed here for two days on my way to France and was pleasantly surprised.

Rummet var utomordentligt bra, ljust och rent. Loungen var stilfull och vacker. Tyvärr vard den mörk, få lampor var tända och det utannonserade ”kaffe med kaka” fanns inte tillgängligt, det fick vi be om som personalen med viss tveksamhet serverade. Personalen var inte serviceminded, behandlade gästerna, oss, som luft, ett beteende vi aldrig tidigare varit med om i Tyskland. Personalen hälsade inte när vi gick förbi receptionen, varken när vi kom in eller gick ut. Spa avdelningen behöver ett ”ansiktslyft” i övrigt mkt vackert där simhallen var belägen. Frukosten var riklig och god. Den personal som arbetade där var trevlig och såg till att faten var påfyllda. Mkt synd att den övriga personalen förstörde helhetsintrycket, de fanns ingen trivsel eller glädje i hotellet som kändes mörk både ute vid ingången och i själva loungen. Med rätt ledarskap kan detta hotell bli femstjärnigt på riktigt och inte bara i en broschyr.

Værelset ok, men ingen wi fi overhovedet! Kunne ikke engang ringe ud fra værelset! Fjernsyn, havde svært ved at finde kanaler! Mad ok, selve juleaften var der kun kylling med kartofler + 4 andre retter! Var der for 2 år siden også dengang var wifi elendigt!!!
