Disappointing
"The big luxury hotel is not luxury anymore. they did not clean our rooms, the pool was full of sand and did not get cleaned. There was a lak of food at the morning buffet. And there was missing towels in the rooms. The price is way over the rate of the currently hotel situation."

"schlechte Lage in einem heruntergekommenen Haus. Konnten nicht einziehen da Vermieter von nichts wusste. Angeblich kein Einzelfall. Telefonische Hilfe durch Fewo-direkt äusserst schlecht. Versprochene Rückrufe wurden nicht eingehalten. Schleppende bis ausweichende Bearbeitungletztlich wurde der Kunde ..."

"Die Lage ist sehr schön. Nicht weit weg vom Deich und Strand, ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist schön, wenn auch das ein oder andere renoviert werden sollte. Die Betten knarzen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist wirklich sehr unbequem und gerade im Badezimmer funktionieren ..."
