"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. As was the bathroom. The restaurant attached to the hotel next door was excellent too and provided lovely well cooked food both dinner and breakfast. The only downside would be the internet connection. It was not very stable in my room and would randomly and often disconnect. I did report it to reception. This did not detract from an excellent hotel though. I would stay here again."

The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. "The hotel is located in a convenient part of town and 3 trams stop just across the street. They provide access to all tourist areas in minutes which could not be more convenient. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which provided a lovely variety of options and gave us a good start to the day. The dinner menu was limited and expensive, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The front desk staff were all excellent and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and our only negative comment would be that the beds could have been more comfortable; they were a bit hard."
