Hotel was fine but there were two problems: 1. There was only one person handling check-in and there was a long line (especially because one customer kept harassing the lone staff member). Add some staff! 2. The chimney in the main area is not working! There was smoke going everywhere and I can only assume all smoke detectors have been turned off.
I was there just to sleep from 430 pm and then leave at 115 am the next morning after the Midnight Sun. In such a short time including sleep time I walked away with great feelings to this hotel. The check out process was so good with two individuals at the front desk. Incredible customer service. I’ll return

Oppholdet var bra. Hotellet er slitent og trenger litt ettersyn og omtanke. Personalet er utenlandske og snakker ikke norsk!! Men med busslaster med utenlandske turister, så går nok det greit.

This is not a scandic hotel, it’s a basic motel at a scandic price. Only the main building is beautiful. Rooms avec basic. There is a bed and that’s it.
The breakfast is basic as well. Not even a pastry.

Scandic Nordkapp
Kaksi yötä matkalla Nordkappiin. Huone ihan ok, perustasoa. Ensi kerralla ehkä toinen majoituskohde. Aamiainen pieni pettymys, tosin vatsa kyllä täyttyi. Hotellissa ”ei mitään”, illallinen tiettyyn aikaan joka oli myös pienoinen pettymys.

Mukava yöpyminen nordkappin matkalla.
Henkilökunta erittäin miellyttävä ja lämmin vastaanotto. Päivällisbuffet oli oikein hyvä, samoin aamiainen hienossa vuorinäköalassa. Sijainti erinomainen nordkapissa käyntiä ajatellen. Huone hieman jo elämää nähnyt mutta hyvä mieli jäi pelottavasta poronkuvasta huolimatta.

Sijainti hyvä, muuten välttävä
Vähän aikansa elönyt kesähotelli. Paikka erinomainen Nordkappiin menijöille. Hotelli koostuu useasta rakennuksesta, joista kulku respaan ja ravintolaan ulkokautta. Huoneet pieniä, eikä niissä ole esim TV:tä. Kauimmaisista huoneista matkaa lähes 100m!
Gode senger, men det var altså det. Trangt bad og varmt rom. Service fra personale er under pari. Både i resepsjonen og personalet i restauranten.

Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Kein Wifi im Zimmer. Nur Buffet zur Auswahl. Zimmer in 2* Ausstattung. kein Radio, kein Fernseher, kein Telefon und dafür über 100 € !
Hier wären 65 € maximal okay.

Opgraderet vandrehjem?!?
God lokation, men hotellet var mest gearet til busselskaber syntes vi.
Forvirring ang morgenmad, skulle vi spise i foyeren eller på 1 sal. Det gav en uheldig start på vores dag da det ikke var entydigt.

Jeg forstå ikke at det kan kaldes et Scandic hotel, det er rigtig dårligt og slet ikke vanlig Scandic standart. Dette burde nærmere betegnes som et hostel. Det er et hotel for busturene og det betød at maden var meget sparsomt. Nu har vi på turen boet på 5 andre Scandic hoteller og her fået en fantastik morgenmad her var der ikke meget at vælge imellem og buffeten var helt håbløs.
Værelserne er små og badeværelset minder om en skibskahyt. Der er heller ikke noget tv.
Det eneste positive der er at sige om stedet er at der er gratis parkering.

Små rum, var tvungen att gå utomhus från receptionen för att ta sig till rummet. Dåligt matutbud - endast äcklig buffé för 375nok. Oskäligt pris för litet utbud och dålit kvalité. Frukosten knappt ok...

Dat het wat minder luxe was wisten we en aangezien er niet veel andere mogelijkheden waren kozen we daar bewust voor. Maar het lijkt alsof het hotel gerund wordt door studenten / schoolverlaters en dat is jammer want hier is veel meer van te maken. De locatie zo dichtbij de Nordkapp is top, maar koks die koffie drinken in de lounge als het restaurant open is geeft een vreemde indruk.
Great beds and clean rooms good Location to Northcape. Only buffe at evening and for the price 375 it was bad not tasty at all

ok, men der manglede Internet på værelset. det var kun tilgængelig i fællesrummet.
ingen tv var ok, det bruger man ikke deroppe. Men det var meget skrabet. selv morgenmaden var storkøkken/kantine præget og kun lige acceptabel.
beliggenheden var derimod perfekt og alt i alt er det jo udbud og efterspørgsel der sætter prisen så højt.
