Summary:
'Sea Shell' is a brand new grand home with direct access to the beach. Whilst the house is brand new, I am an experienced host who will make sure you have a great experience. Why not escape the hustle and bustle and retreat to this gorgeous beach house for a few days or even weeks! I can assure you will be revitalised.

The Space:
Welcome home! This gorgeous new house is located a stones throw from the beach. It boasts 4 luxurious bedrooms, 3 living areas and internal access to your garage. BBQ on the balcony or cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen, this house has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Bring yourselves or the extended family and friends, this property has ample space.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, except one locked cupboard in the laundry and the under-stairs storage area.

The Neighborhood:
Noraville and Norah Head are the perfect place to get away from it all, while at the same time having access to life's conveniences, for the perfect escape. Check out the rock pool at Norah Head and go for a stroll along to the lighthouse. Walk north, up the beach and dine at 'The Anchor', While you're there grab a coffee and something delicious from the bakery! The restaurants nearby are great, and supermarkets just up the road if you decide to stay home.

Getting Around:
The area is best accessed by car.

Other Things to Note:
1- A house is being built next door, between the house and the beach. The site is likely to be empty at weekends, although this can not be guaranteed. Please see the photo taken in Nov 22 for a better idea of the location of the build. The building will be finished by April 2024.
2- We have a security camera that just covers the back door and the side fence. Most guests do not access this part of the property, although you can, if you wish.

Amazing House with private beach access
I got to stay at this beautiful house with my partner and friends (and my fur baby- yes it's pet-friendly!) We stayed over just after Christmas and celebrated New Year at this house. Everything you need is provided at the house. Perfect for families as they have two separate living areas (with TVs) Beautiful well-laid-out rooms and bathrooms. 2 minutes from the beach (via back access to the beach directly). If I were to find a fault it would only be that it's on a busy road. So at times, you will hear the traffic but you get used to it as its not all the time.(so not that much of a letdown) The house was clean and well presented with generous welcome goodies (champagne, milk, and cookies- not sure if it was just for the Christmas break but a nice touch indeed) Very spacious double garage. The owner/agents are very responsive and good at communicating. Thanks for the lovely stay and I will definitely be back.

Great house and great location!
We had a very relaxing stay, the house was so big and clean, the teens loved it as they had their own spaces and TVs with Netflix and our cat came along for the holiday too. The beach is beautiful, perfect for walking along especially as you get direct access from your back yard and as we only swim between the flags we enjoyed walking along it to get to them around the bend. A perfect house for us to get away and enjoy the beautiful area.
