The apartment was well appointed and clean however the spa was broken and leaked water all over the floor. There are several pool type gates that are used to provide access to your room through the hotel that are dangerous as they are difficult to operate and do not provide protection against jamming your hand in the locking mechanism. Unfortunately my wife injured her hand while opening the gate on our departure. We were given a check out time of 12.00 pm on the expedia website. I rang in the morning to confirm the later check out time to allow us to mop up the water and we were refused even 30 minutes. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, I would expect hotel managers to take advantage of every opportunity to provide a high level of customer service to encourage repeat business. The manager (John) on duty during our stay did not provide this, and turned us off Sebel completely.

So close to the main street, the eateries nearby were awsome especially the surf club
