This beautiful Condo is right behind the famous hotel strip. You really can't find a better location because you do not need to rent a car!
Aruba's main beach is just a 2 minute walk away, as well as all shopping malls, restaurants, souvenir shops, casino’s and night life.
This modern and clean ground floor Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Your cozy private patio is right by the large shared pool with many lounge chairs.
Inside the condo we also offer beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to bring to the beach.

This condo is located at "Las Islas" condominiums, a gated and secured 14 condo building next to Palm Beach Plaza Mall and behind the High-Rise Hotels (Hyatt in particular). Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom so this condo is perfect for three couples or a family. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool.
The open kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need to prepare your meals at home. Dishwasher, stove, extractor, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge, it's all there! The living area is comfortable, spacious and light and all airconditioned.
There is a cozy patio right in front of your glass sliding doors so you can have a great breakfast outdoors or keep an eye at your family members in the pool.
There is a shared BBQ grill by the pool to help you make great meals at home.
The pool is very clean and fresh and has partly shade and partly sun so you can enjoy either.
The building is very safe and has camera surveillance and your vehicle can be parked safely inside the electronic gate.
To make you vacation perfect, there is also a facility with a washer-dryer available so you can pack light (FREE).
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

NOTES:
There is a cleaning fee of $230 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation and cleaning of the condo before you arrive and the cleaning after you leave.

Please take the time to read our house rules, we rent homes for relaxing family vacation and absolutely no parties or events allowed.

We advise you when you book your ticket to directly take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of any emergencies.

We understand the need to be flexible in these uncertain times when traveling is more stressful than usual, so we have changed our cancelation policy to the most flexible one and will even refund after the policy date if borders close or there are travel restrictions.
However, please understand it is devastating for any home owner to be canceled last minute and loose their rental income for the week, so please try to cancel as early as possible if you are uncertain about traveling.

Lovely condo, great stay.

This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable and conveniently located close to the beach and the shopping and restaurant area of Palm Beach. Beautiful pool and patio and easy parking. Great vacation, would definitely stay there again.

Calm Oasis

Great location, very peaceful but just a block or so away from all the action on Palm Beach. We came with 2 teenagers who had a great time. Definitely recommend if you want a nice oasis away from the noise of the busy resorts, but still walkable to all the action.

This home is fantastic and exactly as described. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect... you're walking distance from the high rise hotels and strip of restaurants and shops in Palm Beach. My kids, hubby and I walked every night to the restaurants and its very safe. Thank you to our host Daniel for being responsive and providing great beach recommendations

Amazing Place by the Beach

We had such a great time staying in this unit! It is very central and close to the beach, casinos, and many restaurants! Check in and check out were very smooth and we felt like we had all the information we needed. Communication via WhatsApp was super easy. Thank you!

Palm Beach family retreat

Three bedrooms and bathrooms gave our family of 3 teenage boys all the space we needed. A quick walk to Palm Beach or restaurants. We ended each day with a shaded relaxing dip in the pool. The Casa Mia team supported us with clear communication and excellent recommendations

Destination wedding

Our family of 5 adults invited to our nephews wedding in Aruba at the Hyatt. Since we live in different part of the U.S. we wanted to stay together. Looking at the Hyatt and close proximity hotels in Palm Beach, there was nothing we could afford that met our needs ( 3 bedrooms ). Then we looked on VRBO and found Casa Mia @ Las Islas.and the description was perfect for our needs. When we arrived, we were even happier to see that we were much closer to the Hyatt than we originally thought. Check in was a breeze and Daniel was extremely helpful. Everything was just perfect. Casa Mia will be our GO to place whenever we visit Aruba

I would give 6 stars if I could!

We stayed here for my birthday and had an amazing time! Exceeded all my expectations! Each bedroom is private and has its own bathroom. Beautiful back patio which opens directly to the pool. Beds were very comfortable and the property was very well maintained and quiet. Excellent location just a few blocks from the beach, hotels, and tons of restaurants! The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely hope to return!!!

great location

we had a great time. glad to have a car to explore the island. the immediate area is still under development, but can walk to restaurants and beaches too. Sink in one bathroom needs a repair to the faucets - one is just hot, and other is just cold. installed improperly. also- 2nd closet was unfinished has no hanging rods, only shelves. easy fixes though! Mentioned to property manager also. We would use the AC less if there were screens on any windows or slider door for evening.

Great location without the price tag of the high rise hotels across the street.

We planned a vacation to Aruba with a group of 8 so this property made the most sense as far as accommodations, location and price. We were able to book a 3 bedroom and a second unit with 2 bedrooms. You have everything you need in these units. There is a full kitchen for those nights you want to prepare a meal or even breakfast or lunch. There is a grill out by the pool as well. Our unit had a cooler and beach chairs. Our only complaint, and this has nothing to do with the unit or our property manager, is when you get group or a few groups of younger, loud and inconsiderate guests. Since the units have different owners and property managers it is difficult to find the proper person or group to speak with. We had a group of younger guys 2 units over that were loud and messy, leaving trash out by the pool and on the ground. another group of much younger girls were 1 floor above and 1 unit over from us. They were very loud. Screaming like little children until 2 am outside, in their unit and at the pool. I assume each property manager leaves a welcome packet that explains the rules of the property, but I am sure this is the last thing that these guests took the time to read. It is called common courtesy. Other than this, our unit and property manager were great.

Beautiful condo close to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Second stay at Las Islas. Beautiful condo, pool right outside the door and short walk to shopping, restaurants and beach. Condo is well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Daniel greeted us, made us feel at home, was available when needed, and was there at departure time helping us close the condo. Wonderful vacation.

Nice Oasis Close to the Beach

Great spot, close to beach, without the craziness of all the beach resorts. Nice little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Pool is quiet and great for our small family, but perfect distance so you can walk to dinner and all the action. This is our second time staying at this place, and we highly recommend it! The hospitality team is great and the house is modern and clean. Has all you need.

Great location, some minor issues

This location was great. Walkable to lots of restaurants and cute shopping areas and beach. Liked that the condo was on the first floor. We had a few issues though. There was a smell that took a few days to go away. Most likely due to a dry trap upstairs. When called to see if could be taken care of they only sent someone to place cups with scented liquid to mask the smell. Dishwasher didn’t work. No closet in 1st floor bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms had a closet but no closet rods to hang items. Because of this we all basically had to hang our clothes in the master bedroom closet. Code to back gate wasn’t disclosed. We had to ask other tenants because the property manager wasn’t sure. Back gate, front gate, house door and laundry room all had different codes so it was difficult to keep track of them all. On the last day we wanted to do laundry before going home, went to the laundry room to find the dryers were gone. Would have been good to notify us of this inconvenience. Pool was great and location was quiet. Beach chairs and cooler were also a perk although one chair was broken. We would probably stay here again as long as the host works out the kinks.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to most of the high rise hotels and shopping/restaurants on JE Irausquin Blvd. Also, about 13 minute walk to Palm Beach Divers for anyone who likes to scuba dive. Condo complex is right next door to Azar Fire Grill, which was very nice. Also, a relatively quick walk to Unicasa Market for grocery and sundries. Daniel was awesome for communication and check-in/check-out.

Palm Beach week vacation

This location is a 5 min walk to downtown. Nice and quiet but close enough to everything. The home was nice and clean, beds are very comfortable. The pool is so close and quiet. Not many people out at the pool. You can hand feed the iguanas by the pool! I would not down the rating for this , however I thought it was odd that there is only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and if you run out you have to buy more. I would suggest that the slider door in the back of the unit get an outdoor lock . There is no outside lock to properly close and lock the door from the back. All other condo units have this. All and all, I would stay here again.

Perfect location

Las Islas is a perfect location, just a few minutes walk to Palm Beach and shopping. Hyatt resort, just across a parking lot, went to casino a lot. Close to lots of good restaurants. In fact, best restaurant in the Aruba is right next to condo, Azar. Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 adults. No closet in downstairs bedroom but we made use of 2 big closets in other 2 bedrooms. Free laundry.. excellent. #7 is awesome as on ground floor with small patio that walks out to the pool. Pool was nice. We sat out there after beach and at night. Pool is cleaned 3 times a week. Jose at property management is very good to deal with and attentive. Had a great time!

Awesome Location

It’s a great location although no beach view. I was traveling with a person with a disability taxi service was quick. Daniel was quick to respond to all our needs and was very knowledgeable and gave us great information. The book inside condo was full of great information. Would stay again.

Great first stay in Aruba

We had a wonderful time. We loved our location being in the first floor because we had easy access to the grill, pool and the laundry room. Close to all the hot spots in Aruba. We will definitely be back.
