"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were two little boys sleeping behind the helpdesk, but they didn’t stir to a flashlight in their faces. I had to check myself in, grab my own key, make my own bed, and clean up a little bit. There was no soap...

"ホテル自体はきれいで清潔です。ただし、窓を閉め切っていても室内に小虫（コバエのような害はない小さな虫）が多く、やや不快に感じました。虫対策を行った方がよいと思います。 フロントデスク周辺は冷房が効いていますが、階段（エレベーターはありません）や廊下は空調が効いておらず暑いです。一方で、客室には比較的新しいエアコンが設置されており、冷房をつければ快適に過ごせます。 ベッドは大きめの木製台の上にマットレスが乗っているタイプで、木の角に足をぶつけそうで少し怖いと感じました。利用の際は注意が必要です。 トイレにはウォシュレットはありませんが、ウォーターガンが設置されています。シャワーの水圧や温度は問題ありません。 スタッフの対応は良好ですが、英語はほとんど通じないため、コミュニケーションはやや難しいです。ただし、皆さん親切なので翻訳機を使えば問題なく対応できます。 駐車場は非常に広く、利用に不便はありません。 総じて清潔感のあるホテルで、日本人でもあまり気にせず宿泊できると思います。次回もまた利用したいです。"

"Great value for price, right in the middle of the new town. The historical park is at 15 minute distance with Grab or tuktuk. Room was clean, spacious, with good air conditioning and all amenities. Lots of food options and 7-11 nearby. The staff was helpful and courteous. Recommended! "
