"The staff are very helpful and pleasant."

"Great hotel, beautiful scenery, great location"

"Great hotel good rooms Food was very good and well priced Breakfast was great Pool is the best"

"This is a beautiful hotel, but it is dated. It is also not near anything. Nothing is close to it. You will need a car if you are to go anywhere. Also, the food inside the hotel is geared towards Western culture. We were looking for more local foods. The hotel room was nice, but the AC units were never cleaned and had lots of mold in them. The pool was nice."

"Excellent hotel with great hosts. 10/10 stay in a great location"

"Lovely quiet place to stay. Good pool."

"So quiet and the resort amenities are so nice. "

"Great hotel. The pool was really nice. The staff was great. Good restaurant too."

"Restaaurant is not available for night, but we can use bicycle as free and go near shop and restaurant easily. Staff is so nice , good hotel near the historical park."

"An absolutely exquisite resort property surrounded by natural beauty. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and all of the staff are very kind and helpful."

"It’s a cute hotel with a lot of character and charm, surrounded by amazing staff who make the experience even better for us as guests. "

"Book late afternoon. Arrived that evening and everything was prepared. Keys to the room, breakfast vouchers. Beautiful entrance. Spacious room. The breakfast buffet the next morning was great!!! Plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff throughout our stay. "

"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were two little boys sleeping behind the helpdesk, but they didn’t stir to a flashlight in their faces. I had to check myself in, grab my own key, make my own bed, and clean up a little bit. There was no soap...
