"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is pretty decent. Location is near JB customs. Cons: Sound proofing and chairs used can be improved, can hear stomping of feet and dragging of chairs. There are still gaps in the blinds used in toilet. "

The male staff staff really work hard as I see he keep the reception area clean and works hard during the Christmas eve evening around 10.30pm. "It is convenient as direct access to shopping mall. Management host is easily contacted via Whatapps. Easy retrieval to get card access from mailbox. Apartment is quite clean. Bath towels are provided. Hand soap, dishwashing liquid and even laundry capsules are provided. Free parking provided for 1 car. 2nd car can be parked for free under visitor parking. Carpark exit into shopping mall carpark by using TNG. So can park at shopping mall if do not intend to leave but have to check out by...

"Just a simple overnight in JB. Room is big by hotel standards, it’s more of a one room studio apartment. Space wise it’s comfortable, but as in all establishments in JB, property can be better maintained."
