"Fantastic stay in a real castle. Great staff on reception and warm welcome for us and our bikes. Had dinner in the restaurant which is located past the hotel's garden area so a little bit of a walk but well worth it for a tasty meal using their own ingredients. There were several stink bugs that came in through the window but easy to get rid of them and they were harmless but probably just the time of year and because we opened the window on the warm side of the building - however worth noting...

"Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises. We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room. We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and rooms."
