The village centre is compact and easy to navigate on foot, with most accommodations, a small shop, and the local auberge (inn) clustered together. You'll find yourself surrounded by stone houses and narrow, winding lanes.

Couples seeking a tranquil escape will find Nohedes ideal. It's a wonderful base for enjoying the natural beauty of the Nohedes-Mosset Nature Reserve. You can easily access numerous hiking trails directly from the village, leading to stunning mountain views and waterfalls.

This period is ideal for hiking and exploring the natural park, as the trails are well-maintained and the wildflowers are in bloom. It's also a good time for those who enjoy birdwatching.

Early autumn offers similar comfortable temperatures, usually between 18Ā°C and 23Ā°C, and the landscape is painted with beautiful autumnal colours. This is an excellent time for food lovers, as it coincides with local harvest festivals, offering opportunities to taste regional produce and wines.
