Holiday Home 'Les Vieilles Treilles' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Air Conditioning

We offer you our house for your holidays in Corrèze. Located at the gateway to the Lot, in the commune of Noailhac, between the picturesque villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this stone house (180 m² living space) combines modern comfort with old-world charm.



The rental is available weekly during school holidays, and for a minimum of two nights on weekends throughout the year. The house is air-conditioned in summer and equipped with a wood stove for winter.



You can enjoy balneotherapy in the jacuzzi, located in the relaxation room with billiards and bar. The jacuzzi is available only for weekly rentals, with activation possible for an extra fee. This house is ideal for reunions with friends or family.



After the entrance, you will find a large 60 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and lounge, featuring a traditional fireplace. The rental also includes: 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms, a small lounge, a laundry room, and the relaxation room in the basement with the jacuzzi.



The house is a detached property. On the terrace side, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding countryside. The place is calm and relaxing.



A cleaning fee is required. Heating/wood for the stove and air conditioning charges may apply if necessary. A security deposit is required.
