Holiday Home 'Les Vieilles Treilles' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Air Conditioning

We invite you to enjoy our home for your holidays in Corrèze. Located at the gateway to the Lot, in the village of Noailhac, between the renowned villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this traditional stone house (180 m² living space) combines modern comfort with old-world charm.



The property is available for weekly rentals during school holidays and for weekends throughout the year with a minimum stay of two nights. The house is air-conditioned in summer and has a wood stove for winter.



On the lower level, you will find a relaxation room with billiards and a bar. A jacuzzi is available only for weekly rentals, with activation possible for an additional fee. This home is perfect for gatherings with friends or family.



After entering, you will discover a spacious 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and lounge, featuring a traditional fireplace. The property also includes: 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, two with 140 cm beds, two with 90 cm beds), a small lounge, a laundry room, and the relaxation room on the lower level.



The house is detached. On the terrace side, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the village and surrounding countryside. The setting is peaceful and relaxing.



A cleaning fee is required. Heating/wood for the stove and air conditioning may incur extra charges if needed. A security deposit is required.
