Beautiful place to visit, we went during wet season so only one gorge open but swimming in southern rock holes was amazing

Accommodation a little worn, but undergoing annual maintenance now. Dining room 5 star, set 3-course menu, great wine list, probably best in NT. Cicada Lodge staff very professional and helpful, especially Rob and Alici

End of November not a good time to travel to Katherine area as it is at the end of the dry season and beginning of the rainy season. Most activities and tourist sites closed.

The Katherine Hot Springs aren't mentioned much in the tourist brochures and I don't really know why! The springs flow into the Katherine River in Katherine, #NorthernTerritory. They are popular with locals and me too because I love swimming and floating. #Roadtrip May, 2015.
