"My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well.
