"Rooms are very large hotel is in very good shape. Lots of amenities. I will say the area by the pool is newly tiled. It is incredibly slippery. I’d say very dangerous. My four-year-old slipped and fell."

"Clean, great breakfast option, staff is consistently friendly. No muss, no fuss. Plenty of snacks and drinks that don’t cost an arm or a leg. I was there during spring break for business and it wasn’t at all rowdy. I could hear some guests at the pool patio Sunday night at 10:15pm but it didn’t wake me. Beds are comfy 8/10. Bathrooms are extremely clean 10/10 and towels are fluffy like new 11/10. Nothing is dingy or rickety. It’s a Hilton property so I expect them to stay on the up and up. Furnishings are simple but cozy not bougie. Art work is nice. "

"I got at the hotel 2am and they staff was very welcomed, the breakfast was really good and fresh, the staff was checking and replacing the food super fast, I definitely recommend it."

"If I could give no stars and still make a review I would... ALL AROUND HORRIBLE AND NASTY. First we were put in room 143 which are the first 10 photos. The amount of mold in the bathroom was INSANE. The HUGE gap under the door was so big my shoe could literally fit under it. Then the bed was stained and the rest of the room was all around dirty. So I asked to get moved then we got 146 same thing dirty room, stained bed but luckily no mold in the bathroom. There's literally a used napkin stuck in a hole in the wall and hair visible on top of the stack of "clean" towels on the counter. The second room was a double bed but still the same size as the first room so absolutely no room to move around. Oh best part.... Water wouldn't get hot so we both had to take COLD showers, sink didn't drain so it stayed filled up with water. Oh and the TOILET WOULDN'T FLUSH!!! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk lady the next morning she told me I'd have to leave my ID with her to take a toilet plunger cause I planned to just deal with it myself. But for real??? Leave my ID for a toilet plunger. I think not! DONT STAY HERE. Wish it was possible to get my money back... HORRIBLE experience!!!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Heritage Estate in Arroyo Grande! The home is absolutely beautiful — very spacious inside and out, with a gorgeous yard and relaxing back porch that was perfect for our family gathering. It comfortably accommodated our whole group for my son’s 18th birthday weekend.The house had everything we needed, including two pool tables and two refrigerators, which made hosting so much easier. It was also a very short drive to ride the ATVs we rented on Sunday, which made the weekend even more fun and convenient.The only suggestion we would make is adding TVs to the additional bedrooms, as there are currently only two in the home (family room and master bedroom). Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!"
